Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All paper product orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from New Jersey. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and can take 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent once your order has been been shipped.

For bespoke stationery, please refer to our shipping policy within our signed agreement.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for paper goods and bespoke orders. If you receive a damaged shipment or the goods received do not match your order confirmation, we are more than happy to replace your items within a 5-7 day shipping period.
